Pie time! Late summer fruits will be ripe and ready to be turned into pies. Learn Hannah's secrets to the perfect pie dough and bake your own pie to bring home. Pies will be filled with mixed seasonal berries: raspberries, boysenberries, goumi berries and currents. $20 workshop fee

These old school ovens are made of earth and other natural materials and use wood to heat their interiors. Forget the electric mixer and learn how to bake breads and desserts using your own hands and fire!
