Each spring, the Vernal Arts and Music Festival gathers Rhode Island artists to Mowry Commons, the carefully tilled community space of the ecological non-profit, Revive the Roots. Artists of all types–poets, musicians, weavers, painters, sculptors, photographers–not only demonstrate their craft, but invite others to participate in it. Paint in the forests. Sculpt in the fields. Read poems by the river. Dance by the stage. This is more than an artistic marketplace–this is an artistic ecosystem. And all are invited to explore and create, free of charge. For More info about the event, visit VernalArtsandMusic.com Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to get involved in any way. Volunteers for the day of the event are an important part in ensuring success and are happily accepted!
