From Fire to Food: a Cobb Oven Baking Class – Fall Session
Learn how to bake in an outdoor wood heated, earthen oven. Classed will cover building the fire and keeping the oven hot and new recipe each week. Week 1 bread, week 2 pizza and week 3 desserts! All ingredients and equipment is provided. Tuition, $150. This class will only run if 6 people are registered, refunds will be issued if attendance minimum is not met.
Fall session: Saturdays 11:00am – 2:30pm, September 21st, September 28th and October 5th.
