Through the efforts of Revive the Roots, Artists Exchange, and awarded grant funding, we are able to offer a Sheep-therapy program. This program involves individuals from local group homes in the Smithfield area, who come to Mowry Commons daily, to care for and learn about sheep. The wool which is sheared from the sheep twice a year is used for arts programming in part with the Artists Exchange
Grant funding has been awarded to install a ten station handicap-accessible raised garden bed for the 2018 season!
